The Service Manager needs to be aware of the unprofessionalism I experienced when picking up my vehicle. The Service Porter that pulled my Supra up, was excessively accelerating/revving my vehic unprofessionalism I experienced when picking up my vehicle. The Service Porter that pulled my Supra up, was excessively accelerating/revving my vehicle down the back lot numerous times, before pulling into the service drive. I hope my vehicle is the last time he does this, as it is extremely inappropriate. & it does not make me feel like you guys are taking care of my vehicle, while in your possession. My Service Advisor Armando, was the only great thing about my experience here at Findlay Toyota. He was extremely professional & responded quickly. It was a pleasure to work with him. Definitely will be going back to Centennial Toyota after this visit. More
