LOL I am not interested in being gaslit, looking for sympathy, nor hearing more corporate speak trying to cover up a deception, I just want my $400 back. If your goal is to keep customers fully informed then why was I not provided a copy of the "Pre-Contract Disclosure (Retail Installment Sale Contract) document that I wrote REFUSED on, that was shown to me _after_ my funds were wired? And why did your finance guy lie to my face and tell me that this document had been shredded. And why was I not allowed to see my file to verify I had copies of all of the documents I signed? And why is your finance guy shredding documents at all?!!! And are you trying to convince me that the NET COST of $42,240 of first vehicle I clicked on your website markchristopher.com has this $400 charge for these "Theft Deterrent Device(s)" (Stickers) are included? or even optional?
