Veronica was fantastic to work with and made our buying process quick and painless with no high-pressure tactics. We live 4 hours from St. Louis and Veronica went out of her way to explain the process, help us with a trade estimate for our car, and coordinate our purchase experience. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, Veronica was true to her word on the pricing and trade-in and we were in an out in less than two hours (which primarily was made up of a test drive and an extensive walkthrough of the car and how it works). We highly recommend Veronica and BMW of West St. Louis and would absolutely do business with them again. This was a top-notch buying process!!! More
