Being told at the competing dealership that absolutely no discounts were available on the X5M60i, Anes immediately took our information regarding our current car, relayed to us the residual value available on our current lease as a discount, as well as a substantial discount available off of sticker price. From the instant we met Anes, we felt completely at ease with him as an individual with his superb and extensive product knowledge and, more importantly, his empathy and understanding of our wants and needs. Anes made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Every promise made by him as an ambassador of the dealership and management were fulfilled. Because of our experience with "Honest Anes", our nickname for him, we would not hesitate for one second to put our trust in him again for a future purchase, as well as being afforded the red carpet treatment at BMW of West St. Louis that we experienced. Walked around the vehicle at night, the sales person said the vehicle was slick, and no damages. Once the vehicle was at home during the day, many damages were found. Windshield repaired in order to meet state requirements was very appreciated. The service department was very professional and prompt in letting know what repairs were needing completed. I would recommend service at the dealership but not purchasing from dealership. Overall experience was unsatisfactory. More
