Arno was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Robert, my product specialist/concierge, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have even sent several emails to Robert after driving my car with questions and he has responded promptly to each one. Mercedes Benz of Princeton and Mercedes Benz corporate are lucky to have Robert and Arno in their employ - they truly are exemplary!!
