I stopped in Mercedes-Benz of Princeton to just get some information and test drive a Diesel E Class Sedan. As a first time visitor to a Mercedes Benz Dealership, Arno took the time and the patience to answer all my questions and in a very respectful and honest way, educate me about the car I was interested in. He not only provided me with things that I might want to consider, but also those that I probably wouldn't because they were not right for the car I was interested in. That was a different experience for me, one that was not expected, but certainly welcomed. I have always built and ordered my vehicles. For me, getting exactly what you want is half the fun of buying a new car; this where Arno was at his best, and the greatest help me. He has a flare for making your order special, one that will be unique, and stand apart from the other vehicles on the road, including other Mercedes'. He suggested options that really made the car distinctive, but he did it in such a way that it was more about things to think about and consider, rather than things "you really need to buy". Moreover, there was also no pressure to buy; rather Arno was okay with just spending the time with me, which was what I needed that day. There is a benefit to not being pressured to buy on the spot. For me, it allowed me to take the weekend and review and consider all that Arno so thoughtfully explained; options that I did not think I would want, became options that I did because it really made the car special. I am pleased to say that with Arno's help, I purchased my first Mercedes Benz within 2 days after my initial visit with him. It was a pleasure dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Princeton and in particular, Arno Orsini. I look forward to that day when my new Diesel E Class Sport Model arrives and I become the proud owner of a Mercedes Benz. Bob Allen More

He was a professional in every way possible. My wife made her decision and if anything I gave Arno some problems but again he was a true professional. The deal was made. Bought my first Benz in 2004 from Arno Orsini, he is such a professional and down to earth salesman that I remembered his name and this experience 9 years later- Now I am purchasing another Benz.
