My buying experience at Pacific BMW was outstanding. I initially me with Arthur Anjelian who immediately went to work in explaining my buying options on the numerous BMW X5 and X3 models. I was very impress with Arthur's knowledge, expertise, and honesty displayed during my car selection process. I later met with Gary Yegiazaryan in the Finance Department, who diligently explained the number of financing options and quickly answered all my questions. I am pleased with the car. It has plenty of power and is comfortable and quiet. I'm not convinced the maintenance and other agreements were worth the money.
