The the staff at the dealership is very attentive to the customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesma customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesman that I wanted to buy the car it took almost 2 1/2 hours to conclude the work and step into my car. This 2 1/2 hours was time at the dealership and does not include the time I spent going to the bank to get a cashiers check. The dealership had no more than 3 or 4 customers during this time so it was not that sales and financing staff were overwhelmed by customers. It is hard to imagine why every step of the process from getting a firm purchase price, to getting paperwork for getting credit report to getting the final contract to so much time. More
