At the fair I saw a purple Acura that I really liked. After looking up their inventory and seeing that it was available, we drove to Goodson Acura and arrived 2 hours before closing on Friday. After walking around the cars outside without meeting anyone, we walked inside the dealership. We waited, but did not see anyone. The car I was interested in was inside and unlocked, so my husband and I sat in the car and were discussing the features. A gentleman walked up and asked us what we were doing (which seemed an odd question at a car dealership). When we stated we were interested in this car, he let us know that he had had one of these cars for 6 months and had not figured out the lighting system yet. He walked away stating he would get someone to help us. The salesman came out and did not request our names. He was able to answer questions about the options for this model and explained what they had in stock in new cars. They did not have in stock the car mentioned on their website. I asked for information about a car outside, but he said that was a used car. I walked him out to the car, but he was not able to answer any questions. He did not offer to unlock the car, provide a test drive or get any further information for us. It was clear that neither the original gentleman nor the salesman was interested in our business. More

From the moment we walked into the dealership, the environment was very friendly and inviting. Emily was attentive and listened to our questions. Her knowledge of the Acura products helped direct us to the models we should consider. After test driving several models on multiple visits, we never felt pressured to buy. Arthur Dee provided optional alternatives to buying vs leasing. Since I had never leased a car before, I had many questions that Arthur answered. Emily and Arthur were so personable, by the time we made the commitment to lease, they felt like part of our family!! More

I was at the dealer in less than 2 hours signing papers for the EXACT car I wanted! The staff at the dealership could not be more hospitable, I loved THE ENTIRE experience!!! I had an amazing experience working with Matt on my new 2021 ILX. I felt well taken care of by the way he explained how a lease may be a better option for me versus regular financing as I was heavily upsid 2021 ILX. I felt well taken care of by the way he explained how a lease may be a better option for me versus regular financing as I was heavily upside down on my trade. He was also very patient with me insisting on the red interior and that ILX wasn't even on the lot yet, stuck over in Alliance at the railyard. On delivery, we could not get the Android Auto to sync up so he went into the showroom several times to get a different cable to try. Above and beyond! Giles in finance was easy to work with as well. Arthur Dee got a deal done that I liked. I look forward to working with Matt in 3 years on my next Acura! More

My recent experience with Goodson Acura was incredible! I was blown away from start to finish. Given that I have several family members in the car industry, and have previously worked at a luxury dealership was blown away from start to finish. Given that I have several family members in the car industry, and have previously worked at a luxury dealership myself, I had incredibly high expectations. To say that all of my expectations were far exceeded would be an understatement. Arthur Dee was the primary reason I explored the idea to return to the dealership. He was incredibly available to both my husband and myself throughout the entire experience. He took care of everything personally and professionally. I’m so grateful for his personalization, generosity, attention to detail and willingness to accommodate the numerous requests we had along the way. Arthur was so thoughtful and arranged for delivery of the vehicle to take place at my office to further provide exceptional service to my husband and I as we were navigating a new baby and an ill family member who was hospitalized. Arthur was so thoughtful in that he would check in on my family and remembered details I didn’t even recall sharing- such an intentional business man! As for the finance department, Giles Wilson was efficient, kind, flexible, and incredibly personable. My time spent with Giles was also seamless and filled with professionalism. At the time of delivery, Whitney Belfer was very warm, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and beyond accommodating. She was more than willing to help me with the new car features and setting up things to help make the transition smooth. I enjoyed her as my sales consultant very much! While a majority of my time was spent with Arthur, who again, was phenomenal; I have also had several experiences with Darlene Lincoln and Bobby Carroll at this dealership as well. Darlene is such a ray of sunshine and makes initial interactions as well as experiences at the dealership excellent. As for Bobby, he has been an incredible force in our decision to return to Acura as well. He has helped to provide immeasurable service to myself and members of my family for many years. Purchased a 2020 MDX from Arthur Dee sales manager. Dealing with him is always easy and smooth. What I like about him he is professional and straight forward without the typical dealer run around. Perry Le his assistant worked out all the details. In and out very quickly. Third Acura in 6 years. Working with Arthur has been great. Now that he's at Goodson, I will be going there instead of the McD in Plano that wouldn't give me any where near the deal that Goodson did. In all fairness, I did go to Goodson on my previous purchases and didn't find it all that welcoming or willing to work with a customer. But there seems to be a new management team there and I could easily identify a change in the culture and approach to customers. Would highly recommend More
