Celeste was great, she sent me a video the night before and then we made the drive from St Pete as we have been searching for months for an Ascent touring. In my experience with other dealerships, I'm used to getting lured in with a quote online/over the phone only to have it change when I get to the dealership. I fully expected the same with this sales te getting lured in with a quote online/over the phone only to have it change when I get to the dealership. I fully expected the same with this sales team, but was pleasantly surprised that wasn't the case. I worked out all the arrangements over the phone, and everything was simple and straightforward when I went to the dealership to sign my paperwork. Definitely recommend. More
