Tim is the coolest dude ever. A true gentlemen. Did my deal for me mostly on a Saturday because the salesman was off that day. I had kinda given up bc I was told by someone else A true gentlemen. I had kinda given up bc I was told by someone else it would take about 4 weeks, and he called the next day and i wasn't expecting it, and told me mostly 2 weeks and right he was part of the delay was my fault otherwise it would have been 10 days I think. The car was already priced very competitvely, came with new brakes and tires, no mercedes dealer in the country could even come close to the price considering the low mileage, and I checked them all online. Its a shame more car dealers including mercedes don't have mangers like Tim. He is the best. Yes he is that good. Finally someone who cares about customers, and keeping them, not just a quick sale. He treats you like a family friend. explains everything very clearly. And my next car, an suv which will be a mercedes again, I will only deal with Tim. I bought out of state over the phone, etc and he set up a runner to pick up my trade in and deliver the newer CPO certified Pre owned mercedes. Mike and Arthur are also top notch stand up guys, gentlemen. This dealership doesn't make you feel that they are trying to treat you like you don't know the real car prices and then try to make as much profit as possible. I don't like car dealerships bc the way you normally treat you like a dummy, and try to suck as much cash our of your pocket as they can while they con you about the real price or artificially jack up the prices bc a shortage of vehicles going on at this time.. I won't buy a mercedes anywhere else but here. More

They aer genuinely nice people and it shows. I know bc i dealt with 9 other mercedes dealerships before I bought from these guys. and they now have customer for life. The prices on their used vehicles certified, can not be beat. I searched for a month online and no one beats them in the northeast new England Area From ME TO VA. I though the price was too good to believe and there was gonna be some added on fees, etc. like when on cargurus there is a car well under market price and then it says, this internet price is only if you are a student and have a military ID Iin small print and then they tag on $1,000 dollars or more in fees, etc. More

Found a really nice used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee online contacted them through the internet was assigned to Arthur Gordon. He was fabulous, I do lots of research so Arthur didn’t have to do much to sell me contacted them through the internet was assigned to Arthur Gordon.
