Having experienced lengthy and less than pleasant car buying experiences in the past, we were only planning on comparison shopping and moving on to the next dealership. When we arrived for our appointment to test drive the vehicle, we were met by Arthur our salesperson. We filled out a brief contact form and began the test drive. Arthur joined us for the test drive. He was very personable and informative about the vehicle. He made it a very comfortable, stress free preview. When we sat down to talk about price and our trade, etc., we felt that there was no pressure to buy but they wanted our business. Arthur met our price expectation and so we looked no further! Throughout the transaction, we were made to feel as though we were valued customers by all of the staff at this dealership whether we were buying a Mercedes or other vehicle. My sales consultant was Arthur Gordon and I really can't tell you how much I appreciated working with him. He was very professional, knowledgable, extremely helpful, and most importantly...never made me felt any sense of pressure. My goal was to purchase a car without the car buying pressure and my experience certainly exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was wonderful.
