I purchased my first car over 30 years ago and since, I have purchased a countless number of cars for me and my family at various dealerships throughout Massachusetts. Finally, I can say that I just had the best car buying experience ever at Toyota of Braintree. Why? Because I'm convinced everyone at this dealership cares about providing the best customer service experience and that is their top goal. The fact that they care so much about customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with customers, they were very flexible with their pricing, so I received the best pricing possible, but what impressed me the most was that unlike other car dealers that like to play games, this one is honest, transparent, and are respectful of their customers so rest assured they will not play games with you. From their leadership to my sales consultant and everyone else involved in my purchase, they are true professionals and caring people. I had the pleasure to meet owner Mr. Greg Tufankjian who came and shook my hands and showed his appreciation for my business. The general sales manager Carlos Ortega is absolutely a superstar. 22 years ago, I bought from Carlos, who was the top salesman at the time at another Toyota dealer, the first ever AWD Sienna and now, he has become the general sales manager here at Toyota of Braintree. Carlos, your great career success is definitely well deserved, my friend!!! Carlos is not intimidating or scary like most sales manager are, instead, he is always all smiles, approachable, and he can instantly become your best friend or someone you feel you have known for ever because he loves to get to know his customers and he really cares about everyone of them. I want to also give a shout out to the business manager Arthur Martel who was efficient and very impressive as he prepared all the paperwork and finances perfectly and ensured my car was ready when I was ready to pick it up (the next day). And, last but not least, our sales consultant, Phil Le, who was so nice and attentive to our needs and so respectful, he has completely earned our trust and will now get the businesses of all my friends and families. Everyone that I know that wants to buy a Toyota, will now go to Toyota of Braintree and they need to contact Phil and Carlos. Thank you, Toyota of Braintree.
