He was honest, direct to the point, and directed me to what I wanted. He has good sales pitches and it's hard to say no to him. I would suggest deal with him and avoid the upper management folks who come at the end and tend to be rude, degrading, and impersonal. I would send my friends and family to work with Shane, he is a pleasure to work with! More

From the beginning, starting with the emails reminding me that my lease would be up soon to driving away in my new car, everything went SO smoothly. My salesman, Benson, was amazing!! He was a breath of fresh air. He walked me through all of the features in my car and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman, plus he is adorable! I dealt with Arthur, Kevin, Joey and Eric as well and all of them were fabulous and very helpful. AWESOME experience!! I had never bought a car EVER from a dealership; I had always bought used. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with so many smiles and friendly people! I met with Gerry, my salesman. What a GREAT guy! I found him very personable and knowledgeable. After meeting with him the first time (the end of September) and getting all my options from him, which were ALL very informative, I went home and did my research. As it turned out, I went back and not only spoke to Gerry but Carlos, Eric, Arthur and Kenny. All of which are VERY professional and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota in Braintree, especially Gerry. He's just a genuinely warm person and you can't help but love him! Thank you Gerry and all of the Toyota of Braintree staff for making me feel like "queen for a day" and helping me in my first new car experience!! I will DEFINITELY be going back!! More

Amazing Car buying Experience- DavidJ At first I visited another Toyota dealer in North Attleboro, MA but was not impressed with their shady sales gimmicks then I was referred to this deal At first I visited another Toyota dealer in North Attleboro, MA but was not impressed with their shady sales gimmicks then I was referred to this dealership by a friend. I went to their website to search for some vehicles, also went on DealerRater to check their reviews, couldn’t believe how good they were! Anyway, after contacting them thru their website, I received an email later on from Eric Francke, very pleasant not pushy Internet Sales Mgr that kept in contact with me with pleasant emails. Managed to get to the dealership on the weekend, drove 1 hour from Rhode Island and once I met Eric, he introduced me to Henry Mei, great friendly salesperson. Told him our situation, was not sure about buying used or new, looked into a couple of certified Toyota Rav4 then I asked to see the 2016 Rav4, I was specific with color, model, etc.. and decided to go for the new 2016. Henry came up with a price, we negotiated for a better price that we agreed upon on with no hassle from them. Also got a very reasonable trade-in value for a 2012 trade with very high miles due to my traveling job. My wife works at a dealership in RI and we couldn’t believe how smooth everything was going that day. Then we met with Arthur Martel, another great friendly finance manager to check the financing offers, We came to dealership around 4:00pm and walked out by 6:00pm with a great deal overall, price for new vehicle, trade and excellent financing offer waiting for approval. We came back on a Monday night, to sign more documents, all true to their words with all the numbers, very smooth and organized transaction with Arthur Martel, who offered us Gap Insurance at a very competitive price as well, he also introduced us to Carlos Ortega –Sales Manager, he was also extremely nice, welcoming us to the Toyota of Braintree family. Arthur even gave us a small tour of their very nice and clean facility! All I can say is.. They have a new customer for life that will share my extremely satisfying experience with such nice friendly, respectful people at this dealership, these reviews and referrals are all true and word of mouth counts as well.. Thank you to everyone for making this, my best car buying experience! Job well done! More
