After a couple of days, I decided to look around at all the dealerships within a 100 mile radius (since I had an idea of a trade now) of where I live...that being Braintree. The best deal out there was above what I wanted to spend and the team that I selected earlier (Natache; Kenny; Mike) went to work on behalf of myself (being a return service customer) and got me the deal that I couldn't refuse. They did not nickel and dime me once I told them where I needed to be at and they made it happen. I would like to thank all of them for their professionalism as I know that I am a very hard customer to bargain with. More

I went to the dealership two or three different times to look at the car and talk with Erwin. He never tried to push me into buying a vehicle. He and Mark McElroy were both incredibly helpful and patient. I looked around at other dealerships and I know they gave me the best price and deal for the vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend talking to him if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Joey Foy and Mark McElroy went above and beyond for me on my purchase of a 2014 Rav4. I had some issues with the original vehicle I was going to purchase. Joey Foy drove me all of the way to another location to find try to find one, and when that did not pan out, Mark McElroy found another that worked for me, and provided me with a rental since the car would not be able to be processed until the next day. Arthur Martel explained very succinctly all of the paperwork, and was very patient and gracious, especially since he had to do a set all over again. I bought a new Avalon. My salesperson was Francys Araujo. He was good at finding the car we wanted and was helpful during our test drive. There was a problem getting delivery of the new car because Toyota had a no delivery order due to a faulty heating seat element on all 2014 Toyotas. The dealership could not tell me when the parts would be delivered so it was frustrating waiting to see when we could get the car. I do not fault the dealership because they were kept in the dark as to the delivery of necessary parts. In the end the people mentioned above went the extra mile and kept the deal together.
