My last lease I had ended and because of my experience being so positive. When Sunny notified me that, my lease is about to end. I was more than happy to come in to discuss my options. This is my second lease with Toyota of Braintree with the help of Sunny Ahuja and I couldn't be happier about both experiences. As an undergraduate nursing student nearing my graduation I'm busy, I'm particular, and I ask a lot of questions and Sunny was the perfect match for me. Sunny answered all of my questions with professionalism, humor, and intelligence. He has been a joy to work with and guided me through the leasing process twice now with ease. During my second leasing experience, I was at the dealership for a large amount of time trying to decide what to do before my lease ended. Sunny remained patient while my family looked over all of the possibilities and was particularly accommodating to my dad who is disabled. It started to get close to dinner and Sunny insisted that he would order something for us to eat. I thought he was pulling our leg but he asked us what we would want and he ended up ordering us a pizza. Sunny goes above and beyond for his clients and this instance really showed how kind, caring, and thoughtful of a person he is. Each time I have leased I have came into the building with a need and each time it was quickly executed (this lease I picked up my car the next day) with the help of Sunny and also Arthur Martel (who is just as personable and easy to work with as Sunny). My overall experience at Tufankjian has been above and beyond my expectations, the atmosphere is different at this dealership. I have never felt pressured into making a decision, their customer service is incredible and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I'm in LOVE with my new 2013 RAV and I plan on continuing doing business with Sunny, Arthur, and the team at Braintree for years to come! More

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a new car and decided to visit trufanjain dealership in Braintree. I had never been there before, but I was extremely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone was very professional and helpful, but the majority of the praise goes to my salesman, Erwin Amboy . Dealing with Erwin was the best experience that I have ever had with a salesman in my life ( I am 64 years old). He greeted me with a great smile and he was so knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I trusted him completely and he was very skilled at listening to everything that I said. He also answered every single question that I asked and I felt that he had my best interest at heart the entire time . He was able to sense what was the best car for me, and I am so very thankful to him. He was also so polite and kind, and I felt as if I were purchasing a car from a member of my own family. I know that he went out of his way to stay later than he was supposed to and yet he never made me feel like I was being pressured or he was in a rush. I was promised one financing rate, but after being hustled through the signing process discovered that my rate was 300% higher. From the moment I walked into Toyota of Braintree I was impressed. I was treated with respect and felt like they truly wanted my business. It was perfect! Sunny my salesman was so knowledgable about the features and explained things with hands on training. I didn't feel rushed to comprehend everything and was told if I had any other questions to feel free to call him. I've bought a few new cars in my driving history and hated the process of buying a car...painful. This is the most (believe it or not) fun I've ever had buying a car. More

I purchased a new Camry XLE at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree the last week of September. It was the first time at this dealership and what a surprise. Bob Wilfand was the Sales Associate I worked with and I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. Bob was courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Buying the car at this dealership was actually fun. I know the words fun and car buying don't usually go together but at the Tufankjian dealership it really was fun. I had done my research and knew the pricing of the car and all the options. I was ready for the challenge of negotiating on the price of the new vehicle. It was all unnecessary. There was no haggling or hard negotiation. A very good price was agreed upon within 10 minutes and that was it. Even the sit-down with the Finance manager, Arthur Martel, was a positive experience. He clearly had a list of add-ons I could buy but he did not force them on me. He did take the time to explain a couple of them to me and why he felt it made sense with my particular car purchase. There was no hard sell like at other dealers. I did purchase one of the add-ons at a very fair price. Further, I had a special request with my new car that other dealers would have balked at and said no way. Bob Wilfand was very accommodating and he and the dealership came through for me. I was also introduced to two other managers and interacted with two other staff members in buying and picking up the car. Every one of them was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. They all seemed happy about working at the Tufankjian dealership. They really wanted me to be a satisfied customer and to come back in the future. I definitely will be taking my new car back to them for service in their state-of-the-art facility. Please go see Bob Wilfand if you are in the market for a new or used car. You will be glad you did. Last weekend I traded in my lease and purchased my first car - a 2013 Rav4. Brian helped to make the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. He is polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Throughout the whole process, both before and after the car purchase - Brian was available (and quick) to answer all of my questions via e-mail, phone and text message. Arthur was quick to assist with the financial paperwork and explanation of the purchasing process as well. I will definitely recommend the dealership to others. More
