my recent truck purchase at toyota of braintree was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Starting from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the front door. The show room was big and brigh and very welcoming. I was greated by Mark Mcelroy who introduced me to Eduardo Vivas my sales person. I saw Mark several times after our initial meeting. He always seemed to be there to direct me, answer a question or just say hello in passing. He made me feel welcome and at one point invited me to enjoy some food from a customer appreciation event they were hosting one evening. Eduardo was very wecoming as well. I think I most appreciated his sincerity and effort to figure out what it was that I was looking for and how best he could help me. While I ended up in a slightly different direction than when I came into the dealership, I never felt pushed or pressured. Euardo was cincere and convited in finding me the best option to suite my needs. His follow up was impeccable and even stuck with me for 1/2 hour to help me clean out my trade in transitioning into my new truch. Not a pretty site, let me tell you. I also sat down with Arthur Martell the Finance Manager who went over the loan options and other options items that I could purchase for my truck. I chose an alarm car starter option which will be great in the winter having just moved into a house without a garage. Just as I was starting to think about how I was going to get by wihout transportation, Arthur offered me a vehicle to use which was music to my ears. On the day that my truck was serviced things could not have gone smoother. I could not speak more highly of my experience at Toyota of Braintree. And to cap off the owners Greg and David stopped to say hello at different times during the process. Thanks More

We had spent a lot of time looking for a car and avoided dealerships as much as possible because of past experiences and our visit to Toyota in Braintree was almost a last resort. All we wanted was to do a dealerships as much as possible because of past experiences and our visit to Toyota in Braintree was almost a last resort. All we wanted was to do a quick look around the parking lot to see what was on offer without any pressure or a long time sitting inside answering questions and doing paperwork. At once we saw a car that interested us both, within minutes Kenny had told us the price and let us drive it around the parking lot. We never stepped inside and he put us under no pressure. Later that evening we went online and saw we could bargain online for the vehicle. I didnt expect anything would come of it but next morning there was an email from Eric saying he thought the price we were willing to pay could be agreed by Toyota. Later that day we met with Sunny, who took control of the whole deal with expertise and personal attention. Eric and Kenny were also involved and later we also did some paperwork with Arthur. Everything went so smoothly and Sunny answered all our questions. There were no surprises with the deal including the price wanted for our trade-in. Next day I was driving our 'new' used Corolla away from Braintree. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and the same applies to Sunny as our salesman. Actually he is much more than that, he was the project manager for what is a complicated process even if things go smoothly as it did in our case. In the past we have had great experiences with Toyota cars but not good experiences with dealers. Our time with Sunny and his colleagues mean that we will be back to Sunny the next time we are looking for a Toyota without any hesitation. More

I came to this dealership as the lease on my corolla was coming to an end. I met with Jess Colanino, who was new at the time. Immediately she gave me a warm smile and presented herself with so much confidence that I knew she would do her best to help me- and she did. Jess made my whole situation way easier to deal with and made an effort to care, versus being a sketchy, stingy, car salesman. It felt like she was a close friend that I could truly trust. I highly recommend Jess Colanino and believe she truly has a different approach than most car salesmen. You won't regret seeing her! Also props to Ian Merrill for helping her through all of the details of my trade, he was awesome as well! More
