As we began to "wrap things up" in the sale of my car, Art was extremely efficient and thorough in addressing everything that had to be completed. By the time I walked out of Sloane Toyota, I felt very comfortable driving my car! Art helped me to be comfortable with all the "newness." And I drove away feeling that it was "my" car. Art...THANK YOU for turning what could have been a very overwhelming experience into a very enjoyable, comfortable experience. I am truly grateful. And I LOVE my new Toyota Corolla Hybrid! ---Joyce BRANDY!...I SO appreciate your explaining everything about the technology of the computer screen in my car! I had never had that technology, since my previous car was a 2009! :-) I am a retired teacher. So I've had years of experience GIVING directions...but I'm not so good at FOLLOWING directions!!!
