Wow, what a great experience I had at Sloan Toyota. Everyone we dealt with was warm and welcoming (and not in a “just because I want to get this sale” way) Arthur was our sales associate and unbelievab Everyone we dealt with was warm and welcoming (and not in a “just because I want to get this sale” way) Arthur was our sales associate and unbelievably patient even when I switched back-and-forth between cars that I wanted to test drive and asked to test drive ones I’d already driven again (hey, I’m indecisive….. what can I say?) He put the cars next to each other so I could compare them. He pointed out how all the “extras” worked on the car and details that I would have totally missed. This was the fourth dealership I’d been to and NO other salesperson gave that kind of time and attention. Once I made the decision to buy they even detailed the car to correct a few things that were missed (okay, so I’m picky too!) Finally, Arthur sent me home with a little toy car for my daughter. Definitely the way to win over this Mama’s heart. Win on all counts. More
