My wife and I, would like to thank Arthur and the finance staff for making our car shopping experience e pleasant. The temperature of the care was spot on too. He guided us around town. While I was driving, he explained every feature of the car. All of this with great humor and warm. When the initial paperwork began, he went above and beyond explaining all of our options. When the number papers came, everything looked like we expected. We never felt any pressure. There was not a single surprise with the numbers. I cannot put into words how important this was to us. Financial went super deep with all the options available. All of this while keeping the balance of making sure we understood the benefits, and avoiding pressure. After picking our options and filling the final paperwork, we were very pleased with our deal. I highly recommend Toyota of Glenside everybody. We drove two hours to get there, and would certainly drive even longer if we had to. Make sure to ask for Arthur! More
