I talked to armando sales manager and i was told today that i have to wait 4 more days cause of another part so yes i. Was very upset again but i like the car and he said hed give me a gas card but im really upset still

So, you want to make me happy? Refund and cancel your "care plans" ($1,295.00 & $695.00) that I didn't want. I did not receive my "We will give you $500 towards your purchase emailed discount. So $2,240 is the number I want. Your dealership gave NO discounts on your own, just manufacturer's discounts. I paid list price (depending on what window sticker one looks at), and I'll live with that, because then it will just have been a poor purchase on my part, not a "rip off" purchase that I have today.

Worse experience buying a car I have ever had. What I thought were taxes and DMV fees were "protection plans" THAT I POINTED OUT UP FRONT THAT I DID NOT WANT, but were only revealed AFTER I had gone to the bank and returned with a casher's check. I pointed out I would cancel my "warranty" and accept a refund on the warranty, THAT I DID NOT WANT. Later on, I received a nice "AI generated" letter from the owner claiming they want to help and they would be "transparent." And, to their credit, they were transparent, after I asked for the cancelation of that useless warranty and refund, I was immediately "ghosted." That's ok, I'll get my $2500 in happiness in other ways by BBB and monthly posts for the next 25 months. I am however, very happy I chose an amazing color for my Bronco, as I get complements on the car quite often, I also get to advise those interested not to buy from Envision. It's the little things that make life worth living.

It's been right at six months and I am excited to say that Envision Ford and their terrible business practices are still top of mind. I am however happy to say that I have stopped over six individuals from even considering making a purchase there and I will not stop until I reach 25. A horrible buying experience and no one should ever consider making a purchase at this dealership.

First, your Bronco had two "window stickers." One at $68K and one at $64. So right off the bat, I was not able to tell if I was getting any kind of a discount or not. Regardless of how I am clearly upset with how the transaction took place, it seems that your company is at risk with California Sales Tax obligations. The MINUTE I sat down and we started talking about the price, I was shown your "Surface Care Protection Plan." I told my salesman I do not want or need that product. We will stop this conversation now and leave if I have to purchase this do nothing product." He stepped away and when he returned, he continued on with his sales presentation. As I was clear that I did not want this "add on," I was under the impression it was removed and we were talking about legitimate fees, taxes and my discounts. After I settled on a very bad "out the door" price, I accepted the price of $71,500. This is well after the typical ridiculous low level, run around sales strategy of "I'll check with my Finance Manager" BS that chased me away from Fords years ago and led me to pleasant auto purchases from BMW. Now, when I was in Finance I see what I am really buying. AFTER I had gone to the bank for your Casher's Check. Here I find The "Limited Warranty Customer Registration Form"--that I did not believe I was purchasing--that clearly says "THE PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT IS NOT REQUIRED AS A CONDITION TO OBTAIN FINANCING OR TO PURCHASE OR LEASE YOUR VEHICLE." And yes I signed it because I wanted nothing more than to get the hell out of your dealership and away from your runaround business practices. So, you want to make me happy?
