At delivery, the infotainment system was not functioning properly, the remote start was inoperative, and the license plates were installed poorly with crooked screws. I have already scheduled a service appointment, which is concerning given that the vehicle is less than three weeks old.
Additionally, I had already completed a credit application with Ford Credit online and left a deposit. However, when I went to finalize the purchase, my credit was run again without clear communication, resulting in an additional inquiry and financing through a different institution. I would have appreciated being informed of this in advance.
Overall, while the team was courteous, these issues impacted what should have been a seamless purchase experience.
