Felipe was highly courteous, was well prepared to go over the features of the vehicle, and pointed out the included options as well as the defects that were present (nothing major just normal bumps and scratches). The showroom was comfortable with refreshments offered and very friendly staff to assist. One opportunity for improvement would be to add more staff to the financing team - there was quite a long wait due to a queue of buyers seeking financing on what seemed to be an extremely busy day. More
