Buying experience I was in the market for a new vehicle and compared the Acura RDX to the Lexus 350RX. Ashlee Proefke with Crown Acura gave me the test drive and explained all features of the Acura RDX which helped me make the decision to buy the RDX. Kyle Vonnes thoroughly explained all the features before I left the lot in my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for a great deal and buying experience. More

Great experience Ashlee and Keith from finance were spectacular! I wasn’t the easiest case and they took their time to find me the best price and fit! They also expressed great interest for my military service. Ashlee was patient and stayed an hour late just to show me how to work the bells and whistles ! Great experience. Second Acura from Crown in 6 Months Wife purchased a 2019 ASpec RDX from Crown Acura late 2018, from Ashlee Proefke, so of course after that great experience and based nearly entirely on Wife purchased a 2019 ASpec RDX from Crown Acura late 2018, from Ashlee Proefke, so of course after that great experience and based nearly entirely on that experience, we contacted Ashlee again to get a 2019 MDX. The vehicle speaks for itself, if that’s the car you’re in to. I am. But working with Ashlee, John Pearson and Sophie Morris, in addition to the finance team (they took my money so they’ll remain nameless, haha ;-) ), the buying experience was painless, low pressure, and uneventful in the best of ways. Ashlee was easy to work with, knew her stuff from a vehicle and paperwork standpoint, and courteously keep stayed in contact with us and kept us abreast throughout the buying process. Would highly recommend this dealership and Ashlee alike. More
