JR Rodriguez was an excellent service rep. He never pressured me and made me feel comfortable in all aspects. He gave me pricing and let me choose what I felt needed to be serviced on my car. Anna took care of a car rental fast and easy so I could go run errands while my car was being serviced but the service was so fast and efficient I didn’t have much time to do anything. Just completed our third purchase with Walter's Mercedes-Benz. The first two cars were from the dealership stock but this new vehicle (GLC 300 Coupe) was a factory build. We had never ordered a car Mercedes-Benz. The first two cars were from the dealership stock but this new vehicle (GLC 300 Coupe) was a factory build. We had never ordered a car from the factory before and didn't know what to expect. From start to end we had excellent service and communication from our sales person, Ash Botello. She kept us informed of all updates from the moment it was ordered to delivery at the dealership door. It was pleasure to have worked with her and all the staff at Walter's. Ash went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and we appreciate her attention to the details that were import us. We are thrilled with the new vehicle! More

I was buying my first Mercedes after driving an Altima for the last 15 years and Ash Botello made it super easy. She was up front about what to expect price wise and there were no surprises.
