They made my day! I dropped my diamond ring in my Honda Touring and it went under my seat. I looked EVERYWHERE for it and could not find it...I was panicked! I called Mohawk Honda and had the good fortune of having my car seen right away. The employees in the service department were very professional and considerate. The vowed they would do everything they could to retrieve my ring. I went into the shop where I met with Walt the mechanic. Walt also reassured me that he would do his very best to find my ring and I believed he would. Walt came out to the waiting room, stood next to me and extended his hand which had my ring on his pinky! I was so excited I hugged him. Walt took me into the shop to show me the trip my ring made through my car-he actually had to take the seat out to retrieve it. Walt is my hero and made my day! All of the folks in the service department were fantastic. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay my bill and they told me there was no charge...and they even washed my car! Thank you Mohawk Honda for making my day . More

Mohawk Honda I was so well taken care of by Camren at Mohawk Honda, it made the trade in of my old lease to a new lease seamless. Camren took care of working with I was so well taken care of by Camren at Mohawk Honda, it made the trade in of my old lease to a new lease seamless. Camren took care of working with Honda Finance, on the old lease, explained my options on the new lease and was able to work out a loaner car for 24 hours so I could come back with my check to finish things up! Getting into the new lease was just as easy, Junior explained the car's newer features and made sure to help me sync my phone and get my favorites into the voice calling system. Everyone was professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend Mohawk Honda! More

Ashley is a well-rounded professional in her industry and knows a lot about the different faucets of vehicles - sales, maintenance, services, buying vs. leasing and much more. Although I was at Mohawk Honda for a simple oil change and tire rotation, Ashley shared her various experiencing with me, which I truly appreciate. Ashley also communicates very well and kept me informed regarding the process of my vehicle. Although they were running behind due to the demands of other customers, she constantly checked-in on me to ensure I was content and comfortable. After my vehicle was complete, she went over all the information with me in detail and made sure I knew what took place. Ashley is personable, proficient, and transparent, which are crucial skills for a Service Advisor. More

Excellent and helpful service My 2006 Honda Civic's ignition lock system was busted and unfortunately I was stranded in a parking lot. So I called up Mohawk Honda, and sorted every My 2006 Honda Civic's ignition lock system was busted and unfortunately I was stranded in a parking lot. So I called up Mohawk Honda, and sorted everything out with them and had my car towed from Cobleskill to them.I needed to have it taken to a Honda Dealer since my key is a dealer only chip key. I dealt with everything over the phone and did not go to the dealership until I picked up my car. I dealt with Ashley Dobbs, and she was super helpful with everything and provided me with all the information I needed. It was pricey to get my ignition lock system replaced but besides the cost the service was awesome and they got my car repaired the next day. I do not know the names of the mechanics but they did a great job, and the lady who helped me when I paid for it all was friendly and nice as well, though I did not get her name. Mohawk Honda is a great place to go for service and I'm sure it's a great place to buy a car as well. A big thanks to Mohawk Honda for making a crappy situation as easy and speedy as possible. More
