The follow up after purchase was great The dealership delivered vehicle 160 miles away. I had purchased the vehicle online. The vehicle was delivered on a low tire and needed an alignment. The dealership delivered vehicle 160 miles away. I had purchased the vehicle online. The vehicle was delivered on a low tire and needed an alignment. I took the vehicle to a local shop and they said it needed two new tires as well as the alignment. The dealership contacted me prior to the vehicle to to follow up asking if the vehicle needed anything. I work out of town and they honored the vehicle needs even though it took me around 20 days to get the vehicle fixed. They sent 400 dollars for 2 new tires, a small piece for the seat cover in the backseat, and the money to reimburse the alignment cost. More

Ralph is a Shady Guy (Super Shady Guy, Blackmail) JR and Deshawn agreed to pay my girlfriend and I for a truck we took to trade. She walked into the dealer with me to purchase a DRW Ram 3500. Ralp JR and Deshawn agreed to pay my girlfriend and I for a truck we took to trade. She walked into the dealer with me to purchase a DRW Ram 3500. Ralph is now saying this is not going to happen, more than a month after the fact. Ashley said the check is in the mail and it is not. Do not trust Ralph. He is a shady guy. Ralph called me a few minutes after I posted this. He let me know that he would send the paperwork, to get us the money that is "DUE" to my girlfriend and I, "when I remove my review". I let him know that I am a retired US Army Warrant Officer and I didn't think that his communication to me was ethically right, nor morally right. I would go as far as saying that I think it is illegal (blackmail). Why should I have to remove a review for money that is already due to us? Update 14Nov18: I get a phone call on 13 November from Dan, who is the General Manager. He agrees to send the documentation for Steph and I to get the money that is due to us and has been due to us for over a month. They have had possession of the truck for over a month and title for just shy of a month. Dan tells me that I am going to get the documentation, to ensure we get the money that is due to us. I am supposed to get tracking information for this documentation today. I sent a note to Dan thanking him for getting the ball rolling on this, this morning. I definitely look forward to getting the tracking information today. My first interaction with Dan, was positive. He seemed like a man with integrity. I will post updates. Jerry More
