Rude, a terrible amount of miscommunication, no clear answer to problems, women who have attitudes when I wanted answers. Rodney Moore, John Franco and I believe a man named Chris were the only redeeming answer to problems, women who have attitudes when I wanted answers. Rodney Moore, John Franco and I believe a man named Chris were the only redeeming qualities of this messed up dealership. The two women, a blonde haired one with glasses and another with long, dark brown hair at the dealership on Wilbarger were the most rude people I have ever met. If my husband hadn’t told me to finish out the deal, I would have personally pulled out the moment I had talked to either of them with their attitudes. The reason this place is even getting more than 1 star is because of the 3 people who actually tried to help me. I thank most of you for trying to help with the mud flaps, but not those two women. Overall, John and Rodney were understanding when it came to signing and were patient with us. I believe that many things could have gone differently and I’m sad that they didn’t, but in the end it all worked out. More

Excellent experience!!! I found the vehicle on the internet and gave them a call. I worked with Alex and Steve who were awesome to deal with. They worked through everything for me and kept in touch internet and gave them a call. I worked with Alex and Steve who were awesome to deal with. They worked through everything for me and kept in touch the entire time. Everything went so smooth with the transaction. I live over 350 miles from Vernon, Tx. John Franco set up the delivery and the car was setting in my garage within 3 days of my initial call to them. The car was just as describe and the experience was Excellent!!! Thank you all!! More
