Excellent service Our 2008 Taurus X with 225,000 miles on it broke down with all dash warning lights on. The transmission clunked and felt like it was not in fear. AAA towed us to Green Ford and the next day we had a diagnosis of a failed output shaft speed sensor. They had the part in stock and got it done the next day. Sure the repair cost us half the value of the car- but the car is paid for and we are back on the road with no car payment! More

On a recent visit they employed listening devices to pinpoint source of a road noise I noted (was RF wheel bearing). This is the 4th Ford vehicle I have had serviced here since 2002. Always courteous and Great Service Ashley and Chad are always courteous and Ashley always greets me by my name. I had an issue with my car not starting and Chad diagnosed the problem as Ashley and Chad are always courteous and Ashley always greets me by my name. I had an issue with my car not starting and Chad diagnosed the problem as a loose battery connection ( AAA had installed a new battery on Saturday and the car died on Monday.) They didn’t charge me anything to fix the problem, even though it wasn’t anything they did. An unscrupulous mechanic could have said I needed an expensive alternator repair, but My Ford Dealership (Green Ford) is always honest and fair priced. My car is 9 years old (210,647 miles) and Green Ford does a great job keeping it in good running condition. I would highly recommend this dealership and service dept. More
