Always courteous and Great Service Ashley and Chad are always courteous and Ashley always greets me by my name. I had an issue with my car not starting and Chad diagnosed the problem as Ashley and Chad are always courteous and Ashley always greets me by my name. I had an issue with my car not starting and Chad diagnosed the problem as a loose battery connection ( AAA had installed a new battery on Saturday and the car died on Monday.) They didn’t charge me anything to fix the problem, even though it wasn’t anything they did. An unscrupulous mechanic could have said I needed an expensive alternator repair, but My Ford Dealership (Green Ford) is always honest and fair priced. My car is 9 years old (210,647 miles) and Green Ford does a great job keeping it in good running condition. I would highly recommend this dealership and service dept. More

Always an issue when I go to Green Ford Waited quite awhile for the recall part to come in. The dealership was not equipped to handle the recall issues with all their customers. They had to Waited quite awhile for the recall part to come in. The dealership was not equipped to handle the recall issues with all their customers. They had to call people back to schedule. No loaner car was issued-they said when it’s a recall they don’t do that. Requested them to check my battery to see if it was dead seeing my car was leaving me stranded multiple times with a drained battery. Car is only 2 years old. Got the run around and I’m the end it took them 2 days for the service of the recall and to tell me my battery was dead. They wanted to charge me 128 just for telling me my battery was dead. I escalated to a supervisor and he waived the charge. I feel Green Ford does not put their customers first and they are out to just make money off of them. Time and time again their communication on service department is very bad and needs improvement ASAP. Stops keeping customers in the dark about what is going on with their vehicles and then charge them outrageous prices. More

Maintenance Visit Dropped vehicle off the night before my appointment. The service department was closed at the time but the GM of the dealership opened the bay and all Dropped vehicle off the night before my appointment. The service department was closed at the time but the GM of the dealership opened the bay and allowed me to park inside overnight. Nice customer service gesture that was appreciated. All maintenance items were taken care of with out issue. An all around great service department. Took one star off for lack of a loaner vehicle. Otherwise a good experience. More

Complete rip off I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They told me it I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They told me it would be $710.58 to get it fix. They also said the alternator was 358 dollars and an hour and a half labor fee is how iy came up to be that expensive. Long story short i went to auto zone spent 175 on a alternator and went nack up there and pit it on myself in 35 minutes. Here's the kicker... they still charge a diagnostic fee when i told them what was wrong. More

Issue with DEF unit I had a check engine light on my 2012 F-250. I called Ashley at Green Ford on Tues to see if I could bring the truck in on Wednesday. On Wed truck was I had a check engine light on my 2012 F-250. I called Ashley at Green Ford on Tues to see if I could bring the truck in on Wednesday. On Wed truck was dropped off at 07:30. I received a call saying the DEF heater needed to be replace w a price estimate. I pled repair. At 1:00 the truck repair was completed. I was very pleased with getting the truck back quickly with the problem solved. More

Airbag replaced Ashley is great. Service was quick. I would like to ask this question after the recall is Ford going to start making their own airbags. Just think of Ashley is great. Horrible Service I dropped my car off to Green Ford in June 20th and just received it back on June 27th. If I didn’t make phone calls for updates on my car it would st I dropped my car off to Green Ford in June 20th and just received it back on June 27th. If I didn’t make phone calls for updates on my car it would still be sitting up there. I still don’t even know the details on the repairs because no one will tell me anything. They keep transferring me to Ashley who doesn’t answer the phone and just brushed me completely off..... I would not recommend Green Ford to anyone, and I will never take my car back. The service is horrible. I must say that the lady that filled out the paperwork for me to get a loaner was AMAZING!!!!!! She deserves 5stars, but everyone else gets a 0 More
