Underwhelmed The issue I have is the lack of communication. No calls regarding the status of repairs; no verbal estimates offered, I had to be proactive. Slow tur The issue I have is the lack of communication. No calls regarding the status of repairs; no verbal estimates offered, I had to be proactive. Slow turn around on repairs. Asked for a multipoint inspection.Cost $130. For that fee, I expect to get some type of written report; what was looked at? At a Labor rate of $100/hour, I expect more. Total bill was about $100 more than expected. Overall I have had a better customer experience at Rice Toyota and Crown Honda. I presume Dean Green is much more focused on his lucrative auto auction business More
