Northside has always been amazing until new management, it is not the same anymore. They just try to rush you out no personal treatment anymore. Tim Carmout always helped me, he was the absolute best. I it is not the same anymore. They just try to rush you out no personal treatment anymore. Tim Carmout always helped me, he was the absolute best. I have purchased multiple vehicles from him, I’m devastated that he is no longer there. I wasn’t even able to speak with a manager even after making an appointment, the manager had the salesman call me to cancel the appointment and only deal with the salesman. We had already spoken with the salesman who could not answer our questions that’s why I wanted to speak with a manager. It was such a bad experience that I just purchased my lease instead of buying a new vehicle or getting another lease just so I didn’t have to deal with this dealership anymore. Can’t say that I will be back. It’s so sad to write this since I have been a very loyal customer for many years. I do apologize for the negative review but this was my experience. More

Lisa helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs and lifestyle while taking into account personal preferences and taste. Within a day of me taking delivery I got a flat tire and I was taken care of qui lifestyle while taking into account personal preferences and taste. Within a day of me taking delivery I got a flat tire and I was taken care of quickly by Tyler. Marcus took care of the paperwork for my loan. He even transferred the registration for my specialty plates without me having to make a trip to the registration office to do it after the purchase. I've had to transfer these specialty plates to three other brand new vehicles in the past. It was nice to not have to do this. More
