Generally less than satisfactory experience when paying off a one pay lease. Biggest complaint was I was not given full and accurate info on the payoff total prior to arrival. Also waited nearly 75 min to off a one pay lease. Biggest complaint was I was not given full and accurate info on the payoff total prior to arrival. Also waited nearly 75 min to see finance guy with very little explanation for the delay. Would have expected at least an occasional update on when he might be available. We had an appointment for 1020 but did not meet with finance until about 1140 after sitting in the salesman’s office fir over an hour. Delays happen but at least try to keep the customer informed. Service dept was very good. No issue with finance once we got to sit down with him. More
