Larry was disappointing, although we were told by the financial department that we could bring our trade in title the next day; Larry insisted on accompanying us home to Cypress for the title. To add ins financial department that we could bring our trade in title the next day; Larry insisted on accompanying us home to Cypress for the title. To add insult to injury, he later called to ask that we inspect our newly bought car and email the report or return that day for the inspection which he had forgotten to do. We chose to return the next day. Larry's mistrust of us was unwarranted. More
