I purchased a car from here in July, the windshield leaked after the first rain, they fixed it. Within 45 days, my AWD light went on, the all wheel drive went, along with the serpentine belt, and oil w leaked after the first rain, they fixed it. Within 45 days, my AWD light went on, the all wheel drive went, along with the serpentine belt, and oil was leaking. I spoke to one of the sales managers Ashley, she referred me to the Service manager Ruben. I went to the dealership multiple times and left many messages, and still have not heard from him. I took it upon myself to get these issues fixed at the dealership that manufactured my car. I am also waiting for parts that were supposed to be replaced, but have not come in yet, it’s been 3 months. My first car I bought from them in April of 2021, needs new tires. They replaced the tires when I bought the car, but didn’t align them. According to the service person Josh Garcia, this is my problem. I have no issues buying new tires, I just wished they lasted longer than 11k miles. If the service department at the dealership did their inspection properly for both cars I bought, I would not be in this situation right now. I urge whoever reads this to make sure you have the car inspected yourself before buying from here. I do not trust their sales or service. More

Very helpful, I honestly only went in there to check out some used suvs and i actually ended up leaving with the car I wanted on top of the member helping me out, Alex was amazing great attitude, did not gi some used suvs and i actually ended up leaving with the car I wanted on top of the member helping me out, Alex was amazing great attitude, did not give up on helping us out, even if he might’ve felt it took long we had no rush at all, we let him do his job and I’m telling you right now he did an amazing job, couldn’t have asked for anything better. I am proud to be a part of the Kia family definitely won’t be leaving anytime soon More
