2016 Silverado purchase The purchase experience was good except for numerous interuptions and the paperwork not being ready. They did get a lower down payment price after lea The purchase experience was good except for numerous interuptions and the paperwork not being ready. They did get a lower down payment price after learning the bed liner increased the residual value. I am disappointed they did not install the plugs in the bed liner that cover the tie down hooks, they put them in the console. More

New vehicle purchase I walked into a very busy showroom & was lucky enough to be directed to Ashley. She greeted me with enthusiasm & listened to what vehicle & options I I walked into a very busy showroom & was lucky enough to be directed to Ashley. She greeted me with enthusiasm & listened to what vehicle & options I was looking for. A test drive was arranged while she checked the inventory. I was quickly quoted with 2 Impalas that I could consider. After visiting another dealship I returned to Bowman & concluded my deal in one day with a minimum of fuss. I purchased my last vehicle from Bowman over 15 years ago, but will definetly return for my next one. It's refreashing to be treated as valued customer & not just a sales commision. My First Car Lease Ashley was very friendly and never gave me that "pushy salesman" vibe. Instead of telling me what I need or want, she listened to me, then worked to get me what "I wanted". When it came time to pick up the car, Ashley went over almost all the features and even programed some of the tech before I got there. She was very pleasant and easy to work with.
