It seemed liked some sales employees (Louis & Victoria) were working against me completing my trade in for a “new to me” Subaru that I was interested in, but thankfully Millie and Ashley were extremely hel were working against me completing my trade in for a “new to me” Subaru that I was interested in, but thankfully Millie and Ashley were extremely helpful and exemplified excellent customer service. I was nearly unable to purchase the vehicle due to lack of communication between dealerships from what I was told but I was fortunately able to get this vehicle in the end. I am very happy with my “new to me” Subaru and cannot express enough gratitude to Ashley for making sure everything went smoothly after the issue was resolved.
