Farooq was awesome. He was straight up with me on the phone, and stuck to every thing he said when I came in to buy the car. He was professional but not to the point of being uptight, ie easy to joke with, someone I would have a beer with but I dont drink. He was super flexible, and most importantly he WAS NOT PUSHY!!!!! He let me take my time and make the decisions I wanted/needed. He actually helped talk me thru different scenarios. Instead of financing I paid cash, he helped me come to that decision even though it may have cost them/Heritage $$ (Sorry if that gets him in trouble). I'm quick as sh-t to leave a bad review, barely leave a good one, this one took me months. But just the fact that I'm doing it means it was good service. More

In the past 5 years May has been "go-to" person for vehicle purchases or leasing. May has always been dependable.
