I'm mad at myself should have left but I will never leave a car dealership dissatisfied and put myself in a difficult situation. Thanks. I know should have left so I take that blame. Never will go there again. More

Absolutely amazing!! Kayla one of the sales reps was the reason we came to Serra Trussville Kia!! She talked to me the whole time throughout the week answering any questions I had, which was a lot. She was so friendly and great customer service. So we finally come in and Kayla had another customer at the time so Isaiah helped us and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was wonderful he talked to us like he had known us forever. Then the general sales manager Luke also helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. His customer service was phenomenal. He broke down all of our bills with us and helped us figure out our payments and he was truly wonderful. Kayla was finally able to break away and she gave me the hugest hug like we were best friends and it was just such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend using Serra Trussville Kia for any of your new or used vehicle experiences because they are truly amazing. More
