Javier has very easy going personality and we never felt pressured at all. Then once we made decision on vehicle, Jeff Joseph walked us through the financial part with every option laid out in front of us and helped us decide what was the best choice for our situation. It was all so smooth that I actually left in a good mood. We spent two days looking for a smaller SUV, looking at Ford Edge, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru. We had some weird experiences during the process. At one dealer I went to sit in a vehicle on the showroom floor, and an employee was taking a nap in the front passenger seat. I was also told at this dealer Toyota no longer provided brochures about their vehicles because they were 'going green'. Well apparently the other Toyota dealer in town did not get the memo, because they had plenty of brochures! And of course it just wouldn't be a car purchase experience without at least one salesman asking me if we should wait until my husband was around to discuss the terms of the sale. Needless to say, that dealership did not get our business. It ended up being very close between the Honda and Toyota, but in the end Honda had the vehicle with the options we wanted for a fair price. The staff at Honda of Columbia was very professional and the facility was clean and in good condition. They are also a convenient location for us in case we need to return for service or maintenance. More

We went to other dealerships to compare vehicles and prices, and our salesperson D'Warren Daniels, was by far the best person we dealt with. He was the difference maker for us over other dealerships. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient when my wife and I needed time to talk things over. We felt no pressure to buy, but certainly did not feel ignored either. We met with Steve Conti in the finance department, and he was just as helpful as D'Warren. Every question we had was answered. I would certainly recommend visiting with D'Warren and talking with him before making a new Honda purchase. I believe he can answer your questions, and make you feel comfortable about your new purchase. More

My wife wanted a Honda, so we stopped in to get the radio on the car in storage fixed and ended up walking out with two new Honda cars. There was not one time were I ever felt like I was being bullied into buying. Matter of fact it was my idea after we started looking at cars to buy two. They did a great job answering our questions and helping us with ever part of the process. This company has a great team of employees. I will keep my business with them that is a fact.
