The only thing I wish would've gone differently was the waiting for my car to get detailed before driving it off the lot. I informed Adrian that I would be in around 4 that day to purchase my new car. He was ready and waiting to help. They are extremely busy at Honda Cars of Columbia. People were constantly coming in and out while I was there. But I do feel someone should have already had the car detailed for me and ready for purchase by the time I got there at 4. They are very hospitable at Honda Cars of Columbia so the wait was not unpleasant, just timely. Other than that I give them 100's across the board! I love my 2016 Honda HRV! More

The dealership tacked on wheel locks, high lipped trunk tray, mud flaps and one year of interior/ exterior protection which I thought was thoughtful and most people would opt for if given the choice. Honda of Columbia not only had the exact color and options that I wanted, but had the car at a price that was below all other five dealerships. The sale was really easy and they did not beat me up. Robert Burgess and BJ Crawford were excellent to deal with. Horace handled my paperwork and he is very efficient and knowledgeable. More
