We were greeted by Atef Basta upon arrival and could not have been in better hands. He is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Atef made every effort to get us exactly what we wanted and I am excited about owning a Toyota Rav4 ! Not only did he explain all the details of the financing he stayed with us to make certain we understood all the options available such as the Xzilon and maintenance agreement. Thanks also to Dennis for exceptional service and speedy paperwork. Atef made sure he could walk us through the computer system when we had the Xzilon applied and set up my phone , added our home address, answered all our questions. What a great guy!
