I was very impressed by the sales manager and the finance manager - both highly professional, no-pressure type of guys. My salesman, an older gentleman, was not so professional. During a test drive, he became argumentative when I suggested that negotiating for a car was like playing a game. His outburst almost cost his dealership a sale. Buying a car is a game and neither side wants to show their cards. I would recommend this dealership to a friend but I would steer them away from the salesman. More

Luis was extremely professional, polite, and responsive when I was asking him so many questions before purchasing the vehicle. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted for a fair price. He was friendly and courteous in person, and really took his time with us. I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with him. Audwin, the sales manager, made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, and he helped make the paperwork as seamless as possible. I’d highly recommend asking for Luis when you’re in the market for a car! More

Overall not a pleasant experience JC got pushy and nasty on the phone and kept pushing, almost loss a sale for Alex. Then when I arrived to sign the paperwork for the agreed upon deal, appt time 1:30, at 3pm I was still not even beginning the process! I got up to walk out before they took me in to sign. When they switched my plate they discarded the metal personalized license plate frame on my plate (that my children had given me) and replaced it with their cheap plastic advertisement! It is now 12 days post purchase and I have yet to receive the "extras" I was charged for per the sticker and missing per the delivery receipt. No one has returned my calls since the moment I drove off the lot either! Overall very poor customer service and left with a very negative impression of the culture and sales processes here. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! More

But I continue to go to Subaru of Pembroke Pines because of the fantastic service they pro I usually do not trust dealers and avoid them at all cost. But I continue to go to Subaru of Pembroke Pines because of the fantastic service they provide. Christopher vazsquez is the greatest service manager and has on multiple occasions went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the level of service that I was given. He makes sure my vehicle gets out in a reasonable amount of time unlike a lot of other dealers I have dealt with. I NEVER have an issue . This dealer has gained my trust I am now a Raving fan. Thank you Chris !!! More
