The service department is wonderful! They go above and beyond. The loaner vehicle I had ended up getting a screw in the tire and they brought me a new one (Which is 35 minutes from the dealership).The det beyond. Auggie is a breath of fresh air compared to most service technicians that I come in contact with at other dealerships. I met Auggie for the first time approximately 2 weeks ago when I had to bring my Honda technicians that I come in contact with at other dealerships. I met Auggie for the first time approximately 2 weeks ago when I had to bring my Honda Accord in to have the hood painted after a very bad used car sales experience. Auggie greeted with a smile and I genuinely felt like he was there to take care of me. When I picked up my vehicle, it was late in the evening on a weekday and met me again with a smile.
