Do not recommend! Will mark up your cost 200%. Will RIP you off. Request a quote? Question pricing? They will not match prices either. They wanted to charge me over 600 Will mark up your cost 200%. Will RIP you off. Request a quote? Question pricing? They will not match prices either. They wanted to charge me over 600.00 for services that only should cost in the 2's. They don't take the time to do the research on what's done on your vehicle before they just racking up more services. Try emailing them? No replies. Try calling? No replies. Try communication in anyway? No replies. Sadly just ignored, and put to the side. They are only interested in the money. They will not advocate for you against the manufacturer even if your vehicle is or should be covered under warranty, so that they can get you to pay out of pocket (which is open season) instead of manufacturer or extended warranty covering cost (which would be a flat rate for them.) Battery Replacement and Refund I was visiting Pinehurst, NC for the week and went to use my 2017 CRV late at night. It wouldn't start! I called AAA and soon the roadside assistance I was visiting Pinehurst, NC for the week and went to use my 2017 CRV late at night. It wouldn't start! I called AAA and soon the roadside assistance tested and replaced my battery. I paid for the battery and when I returned to the Tampa area I went to the dealer and asked them about a warranty for the battery and to see if I could get reimburse for the cost of the battery. In a couple of days the dealer called back and said I would be getting reimbursement for the battery. That was service above and beyond ! More
