1st Time Service at Brandon Honda I ordered parts Friday and scheduled service rather quick & easy. Parts came in the next day and they agreed to hold them until my appt on Wednesday. I ordered parts Friday and scheduled service rather quick & easy. Parts came in the next day and they agreed to hold them until my appt on Wednesday. They performed the service requested however they didn't call me with a price for labor. The service advisor Devin W took care of that by offering a 15% discount. There was a slight problem with one of the services performed so I had to return the next morning. Devin W again quickly got another service tech to correct the issue and get me on my way in about hour. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of my time since the previous tech did not check their work before signing off as completed. Despite the small incidents, I'm planning on making this my service center of choice over Tampa Honda because of the effort to make things right. More

Happy with the service from Brandon Honda I had the oil changed, tires rotated, and CVT transmission flushed at my last service. Augie called to let me know that my brake pads were getting clo I had the oil changed, tires rotated, and CVT transmission flushed at my last service. Augie called to let me know that my brake pads were getting close to worn out but at no time did I ever feel pressured to have this repair completed at this service appointment.
