Exceptional Customer and Technical Support I stopped in at Brandon Honda on March 28, 2019 to ask for assistance on my Navigation System on my 2018 Honda CRV. My particular model requires use of my Smart Phone to activate the use of the Navigation on the screen; only thing I hate on my vehicle. I have little to no patience trying to figure out the intricate computer systems in vehicles today. Mr. Augustine Cardona and Mr. Devin Watkins, Assistant Service Managers, went out of their way to educate me on my system.
