What happened to the appointment Back in Dec during my last oil change they told my wife that the rear bakes needed to be replaced as soon as possible. So I bought new brake pads and Back in Dec during my last oil change they told my wife that the rear bakes needed to be replaced as soon as possible. So I bought new brake pads and started to install them only to find out that the old pads where all most as good as the new ones. So at this appointment for an oil change they told me that the brakes where in the green and in good shape. I asked the service tech about this and he said "that he knew nothing about it" . This leaves me to believe that your service people are out to rip people off and sell them a service that they do not need. I just don't understand how brake pads can get beeter on their own, unless I have a magical car. the nest item for you is the appointment system. I had a 0730 appointment and arrvived at 0715. There where cars all ready in line so I asled the service tech if I had to wait for all of thiose cars or do I go ahead of them because I had an appointment, his comment was again "that he knew nothing about it". He did tell me that it would be about one hour and thirty minutes for an oil change. How does the appointment system work or not work. If have an appoint for 0730 I shouldbe getting servoce about that time, an oil change only tales 15 to 29 minutes not 1.5 hours.Feel free to contact me if you want to hear more More

My Experience with Service Dept I brought my Honda accord to change the oil to Brandon Honda on Monday June 19, 2018. I walked in (without an appointment) at 7:00 pm. My car was att I brought my Honda accord to change the oil to Brandon Honda on Monday June 19, 2018. I walked in (without an appointment) at 7:00 pm. My car was attended to immediately by an advisor. He took the information and immediately took the car to the shop. I received a text that my car was done (in less than an hour). Then the assistant service manager Mr. Vernon Liburd took my car to clean it himself although he was extremely busy. Plus they gave me complementary tire rotation because I came all the way from North Orlando( more than 100 miles each way). What a Superior Service. Please keep the Superior work. I feel it is worth my time and distance to drive 100 miles each for such exceptional service which seems consistent regardless of the advisor I use. Thank you Mr Medrek for making buy my car from Brandon Honda. More

Excellent service in the Service department! I purchased my Honda from a different dealership. I happened into Brandon Honda because I had a flat near that location. That’s where I encountere I purchased my Honda from a different dealership. I happened into Brandon Honda because I had a flat near that location. That’s where I encountered Augustine Cardona. He was so,kind and knowledgeable. He personally walked me and my vehicle through the entire experience. He had me set up with a new tire within 1/2 hour I was on my way... he gave me his business card and I have traveled to Brandon Honda every 6 months for my routine service. Each visit I am met with the same kindness and enthusiasm. Auggie and his cohorts are always helpful and happy. I always met with a smile and never am I left unattended. This past visit was for an unexpected car repair under stressful conditions and Auggie took care of it to where when I left Honda my worries were for This past visit was for an unexpected car repair under stressful conditions and Auggie took care of it to where when I left Honda my worries were for nothing. The personal touch, attention and satisfaction that Auggie has provided to us has been amazing in the short time we have known him. He is my go to guy whenever I need to bring in our 2016 honda for servicing. He makes us feel as though we are his main customer and not just another car service/repair. He is very friendly and always takes his time to answer our questions and to make sure we are happy with our service. He is an incredible asset to Brandon Honda and to the Honda brand.
