What a great team! Top notch in every way. I can’t get over how gregarious and patient my relationship manager Preston Lockhart was with me and my friend. We asked loads of questions, and test I can’t get over how gregarious and patient my relationship manager Preston Lockhart was with me and my friend. We asked loads of questions, and test drove multiple cars. I ended up leaving with a gorgeous red 2018 HRV! I’m thoroughly impressed by the entire team. Grant, Chris, Dan, AJ and just about every one I encountered at Brandon Honda raised the bar in each of their roles. Grant made sure to connect us with the right people and we felt very well taken care of. No wonder my friend has gotten three cars from this dealership. I totally get it! Why go anywhere else? More

Honda CVR Service I had a wonderful experience with Brandon Honda and Augustine Cardona. Scheduling my appointment online is what I like to do. There were many option I had a wonderful experience with Brandon Honda and Augustine Cardona. Scheduling my appointment online is what I like to do. There were many options to fit into my schedule. I came in to have an oil change, tires rotated. and new wiper blades. Augie was quick with the intake process and let me know he would make sure he did nothing more than I requested without asking me first. I was in and out within the hour (great completion time IMO). I love working with Augie. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service work to see him as your advisor. I will be back and seek out Augie for my next Service. Thanks, Brandon Honda. More

Timing belt and motor mount replacement; 2 service visits I purchased my 2015 Pilot from Brandon Honda and have been entirely pleased with it. I have all service done and recently had a few warranty items tak I purchased my 2015 Pilot from Brandon Honda and have been entirely pleased with it. I have all service done and recently had a few warranty items taken care of; major items like timing belt and engine mounts. Throughout all my service experiences Augustine Cardona had been my service advisor. I frankly would not be interested in having anyone else handle any of my service needs. I’ve owned several vehicle brands over 50 years; 3 Mercedes, 1 Toyota, 2 Oldsmobiles, 5 Jeeps, and 1 Pilot before my current one. I’ve thus had a variety of vehicle service experiences with dealerships. However I’ve never had the pleasure of working with any service advisor as conscientious and service minded as Mr. Cardona. He is the most responsive advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s knowledgeable of his products and always upbeat. He follows up, keeps me advised with what’s going on and personally sees to it that the job is done well and to my satisfaction. You need to clone him as he’s the reason I deal with Brandon Honda. In my opinion, he represents the service conscious image your customers want to have with someone handling their vehicle repair needs. I must also add that most everyone else at the dealership that I come in contact with are cheerful and courteous to customers. That’s an incredible aspect of commercial sales culture to develop. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments as I strongly feel excellent service deserves recognition. More
