My fiancée and I just got new cars over the past weekend. Her lease was up, so it was time for her replacement. The whole experience was amazing. From calling to have a car ready to drive, completely cleaned prior to my arrival, to the easy online paperwork and quick financing I was in and out in 2 hours! So he didn’t really update me or text me but I called to check up on it and it sounded like he had a long day. My tire pressure light came on the day I picked it up so I don’t know if that job was completed there either... I’ll be going to the gas station Air pumps to check on my tires myself. Marina picked up the call when I called Regarding the incomplete Airbag recall job. She was nice and told me to come back so they could Look at it. More

I had a terrific experience buying a new car at Dirito WC. I arrived just as they were closing but they stayed late to help me and we ended up with a very fast and easy transaction. I was assisted in the Sales Dept by Gus and Jim and Jeff. Gus really went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed and wanted and more! I appreciated very much that Jeff was able to meet my requirements for trade-in value and pricing on the new car. Ed in Finance was wonderfully efficient and adept at explaining things in an easy to understand manner. When I first moved to the WC area in 2008, I used to bring my old Jetta to Dirito for service. This was my first experience buying a car here and I was happy to see that the good customer service is present in all the departments. Great job guys, thank you very much! More
